Downpayment Assistance Program

Piedmont Housing Alliance provides Down-Payment Assistance to low and moderate income first time homebuyers. Through this program Federal, state, local and private funds are made available to qualifying homebuyers. Down-payment options can often be tailored to a particular homebuyer and most loans are repaid through an equity sharing arrangement at the time the home is resold.
