PHA’s Affordable Rental Properties

In addition to producing and preserving affordable housing, PHA also manages a 118 unit portfolio of affordable rental units in Charlottesville and Albemarle County. These units range in character from single family homes or duplexes, to small one bedroom and efficiency units.
