PHA is a Certified Housing Counseling Agency

PHA’s Regional Home Ownership Center (RHOC) and Regional Rental Resource Center (RRRC) provide comprehensive housing counseling services. PHA’s counselors and educators help build the wealth of low-income families in the community, and, when necessary, provide aid to those families suffering due to joblessness or debt. Over the past 2 years, PHA has helped 123 clients become homeowners, and in the same period has counseled 242 homeowners whose mortgages were in default.
