Homeownership Counseling (RHOC)
PHA’s professional housing counselors provide a continuum of educational services on the road to home ownership, including financial literacy education, credit training, pre- and post-purchase counseling and training, mortgage default and foreclosure counseling, anti-predatory lending assistance, VIDA matched savings program, and reverse mortgage counseling to assist elderly clients.
