Creciendo Juntos

In 2005 PHA met with local leaders and representatives from the area's growing Latino/Hispanic community to discuss their community's needs and concerns. The meeting resulted in the creation of Creciendo Juntos, a network of organizations and people working to support and strengthen the Charlottesville regional community through the integration and development of its Latino members. The network's goals include providing education, information, and resources for service providers working with Latinos, improving access and availability of services for Latino residents, and educating and raising awareness in the community regarding the contributions of local Latinos.
