<h3>WHO WE SERVE:</h3> <p><a href='http://www.piedmonthousing.org/index.php/community'>PHA serves</a> extremely low- to moderate income households throughout the Charlottesville area, most of whom are below poverty level, and at a serious disadvantage when it comes to finding safe and affordable homes suitable to their needs. PHA helps mediate the many structural impediments hindering these families’ stability and financial growth.</p> <h3>WHO WE SERVE:</h3> <p><a href='http://www.piedmonthousing.org/index.php/community'>PHA serves</a> those in the community who are disadvantaged due to their disability or elderly status, as well as minorities, immigrants, and other historically underserved groups, many of which are burdened by language barriers or cultural prejudices. PHA is a regional advocate for these groups through its many targeted programs and campaigns.</p> <h3>WHO WE SERVE:</h3> <p><a href='http://www.piedmonthousing.org/index.php/community'>PHA serves</a> local organizations and institutions, including local governments, by providing expertise on a variety of policy and program issues such as affordable housing, civil rights, community development, homelessness, and poverty. </p>
